Dental on Gregory COVID-19 response
At Dental on Gregory, we are committed to the health and safety of our community, our patients and our staff.
We aim to keep up-to-date and comply closely with the government’s COVID safe plan and have a COVID safety plan in place.
If you have any symptoms consistent with COVID-19, have COVID-19, or are required to isolate as a result of being a close contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case, we request that you reschedule all non-urgent treatment. Please call us to discuss any emergency treatment required.
We ask that all patients kindly attend appointments by themselves where possible, and all patients over the age of 12 to wear a face mask on the premises unless medically exempt.
We appreciate your patience, help and co-operation during this time, as we aim to remain open to continue serving the community.
To keep our community safe, our safety measures include:
– Standard infection control procedures to reduce the spread of all infections
– Ensuring staff comply with testing and isolation requirements if presenting with flu-like symptoms or if they have come into contact with a COVID-19 case
– Provision of hand sanitiser and surgical masks to all patients and visitors into our premises
– The use of N95 masks on all treating staff
– Check-in TAS app for all patients and visitors
– Frequent disinfection and cleaning of the premises
– Touch free temperature checks for all staff and patients/visitors
